The Journey of Atkins is Begin

Salam semua,

As promised, here are the entry that i wanna tell about - ATKINS DIET. hehe.. macam tak percaya je kan. betul ke sy nk berdiet ni...? boleh ke? tahan ke? ni la semua persoalan yg sentiasa menghantui diri sendiri. tu belum dengan reaksi kawan2 lain lak.. ada yg positif.. negatif pun ada. bila sy kata i am on diet.. mesti ada yg buat muka like "hurmm.. yelah tu..". sedih kan... tapi takpe, sy nk cuba sematkan semangat. all this happen after i notice that i've gained weight and few of my baju keje dah tak muat. ada yg sangkut kat perut, ada yg sangkut kat lengan... sedihnya. Yang paling buat sy tak leh terima, when i saw some photos of me, i feel so ugly to see my perut yang bulat memboyot and muka semakin lebar. sedih malu semua ada. during kenduri cukur jambul my niece on last December, almost all the relatives and neighbours commented on my shape. Dah tak macam dulu..Jawapan yg sy mampu beri... "nak buat camna.. saya redha..". dlm hati tuhan je yg tau, sabarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...


One day, a friend of mine posted on her FB wall that her 2012 resolution is to loose weight. One of her friend replied to refer his blog, which is: MR BICIKUT. From Mr Bicikut's blog, then i found out about this ATKINS DIET and how the program helps him to loose weight. and i tell you, it's work! Yup, it's work for him and he loose a lot! You can see how different he is now. Congrats to Mr. Bicikut, and from there i started GOOGLE-ing about ATKINS DIET as i want to know more and more. barulah sy tahu, actually there are many blogger out there are currently in ATKINS... and i surfed to one by one blogs to read on their journey.


after reading and understand what is ATKINS DIET- i think i shud give it a try. it's simple and interesting! you no need to starving, you no need to control ur food so much, and even you're not require to skip a meal per day. easy ha..?? senang2 pun, the most important is - NO CARBOHYDRATE! sanggup??? hehehe.. mula2 rasa tak sanggup, giler, nak makan apa kalau no carbo. rupanya... after visiting few blogs, where most of them posted what they ate everyday... barulah sy tau.. tak susah la, senang je. makanan pun still menarik and sedap2... hehehe... tak caya....? 


ok, i will update on the 3 days progress while i'm on ATKINS. i will post an entry what is ATKINS later ya. utk langkah pertama ATKINS, i need to go for 2 WEEKS INDUCTION.


i started on last Monday (sabtu ahad tu sy lepaskan gian awal2... bedal Big Apple, Sushi, KFC and macam2..takut nanti masa berATKINS teringin pulak. hehe). So, saya buat rutin, every morning sy akan timbang berat dulu, then baru breakfast (masak sendiri, makan kat rumah kalau sempat, kalau tak - tapau makan kat opis je..). syarat utama during ATKINS ni, NO CARBO and DRINK LOTS OF WATER! air putih/masak/sejuk - 2L or 3L sehari. So progress sy dari hari Isnin sampai hari ni ialah:




MONDAY 9/1/2012

Berat: 52.5kg
(hr pertama.. lupa lak nk snap gambar)
Breakfast: Scrambled egg (2bj) + tomato + salad + 1/2tbs mayonis
Lunch: Ikan bakar seekor + air asam +  sayur tauge tumis
Dinner: Sup Daging semangkuk + telur dadar (makan kat gerai SUP MELETOP Sri gombak)

TUESDAY 10/1/2012

Berat: jeng jeng jeng....

 wah!! seronok giler masa ni, berkobar2 semangat saya nk teruskan ATKINS. hehe.

Breakfast: Cheese Omelette + salad + tomato with 1/2tbs mayonis
look nice and delicious kan..? hehe

LUNCH: ikan bakar keramat + air asam + sayur tumis tauge, tomato cherry, pucuk ubi
ada nasikan.. tapi nasi tu berlakon je, segan lak kalau tak amek nasi.
lepas tu nasi tu disedekahkan kat Pn Suzie.. hehe.. (jeles ko tengok badan dia..anak 2 tu) huhu..

DINNER: 
Flaming Steamboat! Cobaan paling hebat. AISKRIM WOoooo.. huhu. TAPI - sy berjaya tahan. i took LOTS of sayur, telur, lotss of udang, isi ikan, ayam. terbabas aiskrim 1/2sudu teh.. sebab Nia tanak mamam... uuwwaaa..

too bad, kalau dah kat sana, sampai pukul 9mlm baru sudah makan.... haiyooo..


WEDNESDAY 11/01/2012

BERAT: 52.1kg 
berat naik gara2 steamboat semalam..uwwaaa. lupa nk snap sebab sedih...

Breakfast: Telur separuh masak (2biji)

Lunch: sup telur + sawi sepokok + tomato and ikan goreng seekor
hari ni mc, so sy masak sendiri kat rumah, ikan goreng lupa nk snap. rangup sangat :). lepas tu sy buka YouTUBE layan video work out dance. hehe. Jumpa video 10minutes workout with Tiffany Rothe. Then i followwww, sangat best, hasilnya, pinggang, peha and lengan saya sakittt giler... haha.. padan muka, sebab lama dah tak exercise.

DINNER:
fetch Mr. Hubby and baby kat wangsa maju, then Mr Hubby ajak minum kat NZ (alamak!). Ye... iman sy tak kuat.. sy tergoda dan TOSEI GARING SATU! huhu!!ngap! sedapppp!!! masa tu pukul 7pm. terus declare tanak makan pape dah, teguk air sebotol besar! huhu...

and today, hasil sy berATKINS selama 3 hari... ni sy timbang pagi ni...THURSDAY 13/1/2011,




seronok giler.....! selepas 3 hari berATKINS, dari 52.5kg sy turun ke 51kg. bermakna, sy hilang 1.5kg dalam 3 hari tanpa berlapar! mmg seronok... and yg bestnya, sy tak rasa nk pitam ke, pengsan ke, lemah ke. sy rasa sihat je... tak lapar, and bersemangat.... semoga semangat ni takkan hilang sebab nak cuba utk 2minggu pertama ni. hehehe... 


so, ada sapa2 nk cuba tak? kalau sudi, jom la kita berATKINS sama2 ye.... yg dah kurus tu takyah ye, Pn Suzie & Pn Mekda, and yg preggy tu pun jgn ngada2 ye, khas buat Pn Ana and Pn Alina. hehehe..nanti sy sambung entry tentang ATKINS ye ;)
